Since two of the people need to visit East Coast for other business, we will most likely come there and so will probably try to visit CI in Detroit. I am not sure about Florida (SA), since I have personally been there and there is a possibility to visit it in May during the cryonics conference.

What exactly do you have in mind regarding Northwest? Oregon Cryo?

I have not been in touch with the folks at KR for onto two years. As I understand it, based on a phone call from Danila yesterday, they will be coming into LA or Phoenix (depending on logistics at Alcor) and then spending the interval specified in this general area (LA-Phoenix). They will then fly out to the East Coast where one of their party has business with a scientist(s) there. I think they fly back to Russia from there, but I’m not sure. I asked about visits to CI and SA, but as I understand it they do not have time for that on this trip. I have no business with the KR beyond that of hosting them and trying to help them get the most out of their trip. This not only quid pro quo for their generosity to me in Russia, but also because I strongly believe that cryonics operations need to be as transparent as possible – especially when they are following the Curtis Henderson dictum (passed along through me) to GO AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. You can always communicate directly with Danila; in fact, I’ve tried to persuade him to make these arrangements directly, since he would no doubt have more luck.
